Day 6: A Day of Solitude, Summer School Begins

Today Mom and Dad made an early start back to Richmond.  They are enroute to Victoria to celebrate the Grade 12 graduation of two of their grandchildren. So the cabin is very still and quiet today.

This is perfect as I have allowed the marking and e-mails to pile up all weekend.  With the start of summer school and the end of regular school it makes for a busy time helping stressed out students through the process.

That said, there really is no better place to be than sitting in front of picture windows when plowing through a bunch of online work.

Back in Kelowna today the boys reported that our Robin eggs have hatched and Alex's baseball team won their Bantam A season end tournament. Way to go, Llamas!
